3. Cookies & Local Storage
We use only essential cookies required for the website to function properly. Specifically:
- Authentication cookies — Set by Supabase to maintain your login session in the client portal. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.
- Language preference — Stored in your browser’s localStorage (not a cookie) to remember your language selection between visits.
- Cookie consent — A localStorage entry to remember that you acknowledged our cookie notice.
We use privacy-friendly analytics via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site traffic and monitor performance. This data is fully anonymized and does not track individual users across the web. We do not use any advertising or third-party marketing cookies.
4. How We Store Your Data
Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a SOC2-compliant infrastructure provider with servers in the European Union. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may only be processed by:
- Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure
- AI providers — Chat messages are processed by our AI service to generate responses (no data is retained by the provider)
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Contact form inquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Client portal data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 5 years after for legal and accounting obligations.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
