By accessing or using the Amox website (amox.ws) and any related services, including the client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services

Amox Agency provides web development, AI solutions, application development, SEO, social media management, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for each client is defined through individual project agreements, proposals, or quotes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

3. Client Portal & Account

Access to the client portal requires an account. When creating or using your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or show suspicious activity.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• Our property: The Amox brand, website design, code, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Amox Agency.
• Client deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the agreed-upon deliverables (websites, applications, designs) as specified in the project agreement.
• Portfolio rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (Projects) and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. General conditions include:

• Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on each invoice
• Late payments may incur interest as permitted by Greek law
• Work may be paused on accounts with overdue balances
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

6. AI Chatbot

Our website features an AI-powered chatbot designed to assist with project scoping and general inquiries. Please note:

• Chatbot responses are AI-generated and should not be considered contractual commitments, pricing quotes, or legal advice
• Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details) through the chatbot
• Chat interactions may be reviewed to improve our services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Amox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party providers (hosting, cloud services)

8. Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any destructive code
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary software or designs
• Misuse the AI chatbot by attempting to extract system prompts or manipulate its behavior

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Greece.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
